▲ Church Retreats

Retreats are a big part of HFL’s culture. Time away together is one of the best ways to deeply connect to the community and become more like the family God calls us to be. A weekend away together can spur a relationship ahead by months compared to lobby conversations at church.

The men’s and women’s retreats have a mix of worship, teaching, fun, and time alone with God.

The SABC retreat is designed for all ages and is held at a much larger facility. Once again, there is a mix of worship, prayer, teaching sessions, and lots of free time for fun, rest, and renewal.

Camp Teepee Pole is different. This retreat is the most newcomer friendly of them all - there is lots to do, but no program other than a Saturday night potluck and campfire church service on Sunday morning. If you want a weekend (some people go as early as Wednesday) away on a beautiful property, check this out! People are welcome to drive up for the day on Saturday if they don’t want to stay overnight.
