▲ Prayer Meeting

Jesus says that eternal life is knowing God (John 17:3). The work of the church is also impossible without God doing what only He can do. God tells us to ask, so we are trying to develop a culture of prayer and dependence. We want to be found faithful when Jesus returns (Luke 18:1-8), and we want to love and experience Him as deeply as we can until then.

To cultivate this, HFL provides three primary opportunities for prayer:

• Personal: Encouraging and equipping everyone to build an individual prayer life.

• Monthly: Gathering on the first Tuesday and third Sunday of each month (format varies).

• Annual: Setting aside two dedicated weeks for communal prayer each year.
