Kids Games Night
These nights are designed as an introduction to community outreach for kids in grades 4-6. We learn one game every evening, and kids are encouraged to invite their friends so they can practice inviting others into our community. Everyone is welcome. Contact Reagan for more info.
Secret Giving Campaign
Every Christmas HFL takes a secret offering for those who are helping to spread the gospel and doing God’s work of mercy and justice. We take a secret offering because we live in a culture of image management, and yet follow a humble Saviour teaching us to live humbly and generously while giving secretly (Matthew 6:1-4). We hope that thousands of dollars come in each year, but we’ll never publicize it. We want to do good because it’s good, not to look good or feel good ourselves.
